Ziptrek Eagle Tour

Ziptrek Eagle TourThis breathtaking tour features five different ziplines, including a 2000-foot, awe-inspiring monster that drops 20 storeys! This tour is perfect for anyone who has ziplined before or just wants a heart-pounding, mind-expanding adventure experience. This tour takes you all the way back to Whistler Village via zipline.

  • Tours run throughout the day, every day of the year
  • Guests are encouraged to wear suitable outdoor clothing
  • Rainwear, gloves and winter boots are available upon request

Ziptrek Bear Tour

Ziptrek Bear ToursThe original tour that made Ziptrek  famous, these five ziplines are joined by a network of suspension bridges, boardwalks and forest trails. Experience the stunning vistas of Whistler’s legendary Fitzsimmons Creek. The perfect tour for families, groups and first-time zipliners.

Tandem Ziptrekking - Kids can zip too! Tandem zipping is available on the Ziptrek Bear Tour for children who are a minimum of 6 years, but weigh less than 65lbs (30 kgs).

Treetrek Canopy Tour

For those who love the education and stunning treetop vistas of the river valley below but aren't quite as adventurous are invited to take our TreeTrek Canopy Walk. TreeTrek is a fully guided ecology based tour that takes guests through the treetops on a series of suspension bridges and observation platforms. As with Ziptrek, while on course guests are able to see first hand the difference in forest composition between the ancient, old growth forests and the second generation forests that exist in the area. It is the ideal site for interactive learning and outdoor adventure exploration.

  • Number of bridges = 7 suspension plus 2 rigid bridges
  • Maximum height = about 200' above the rushing waters of Fitzsimmons Creek
  • Several Tree of platforms
  • TreeTrek tours include bridges, boardwalks and trails
  • Age of Trees in the forest = from very young up to around 800 years old.  One of our trees, known as "Big Doug" was already a few hundred years old when Columbus discovered America.
  • TreeTrek tours run in all weather conditions 365 days a year.
  • Our oldest guest was a spry 93.
  • We regularly accommodate small children.
  • Infants enjoy TreeTrek too - in a backpack.  If you don't have a backpack, don't worry, we'll provide one for you.  Just make sure to let us know at the time of your booking as supplies are limited.

Zip 'n Chili Tour

Now you can enjoy the thrill of Ziptrek Winter Twilight tour and a unique mountain dining experience all rolled into one with the all new Zip n’ Chili Dinner Tour! Plunge into the darkness of Whistler's Old Growth Rainforest and experience the thrill of the night on the Bear tour. Enjoy the soft glow of the forest lit up by over 4000 LED twinkle lights. The fun continues ‐ after your tour enjoy a warm drink, a piping hot bowl of chili and a tasty treat fireside in a cozy A‐frame cabin located on Blackcomb Mountain along side the Fitzsimmons Creek.

  • Twilight tours depart in the late afternoon/early evening December - March
  • Guests are encouraged to dress as though they are going skiing + an extra layer
  • Guests are outfitted with a headlamp to light the way

Ziptrek Twilight Tour

Ziptrek Twilight ToursPlunge into the darkness of Whistler’s Old Growth Rainforest and experience the thrill of the winter twilight night tours on the Bear course. Step off the treetop decks from almost 200’ above the valley floor into sheer darkness for an immediate rush of adrenaline! More than an incredible heart pounding adventure, Ziptrek guests will receive a rare first hand account of the delicate balance between humans and nature as they learn about one of the rarest rainforests on earth. Guests will enjoy the soft glow of the forest from 4000 LED twinkle lights, spread throughout the course. To equip guests for a night tour, all guests will receive a personal headlamp (gloves and winter boots are available on request).
